GRATUITIES
Gratuities for technicians by credit, debit, or gift cards are not accepted. Gratuities are accepted in the form of CASH, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle.
PAYMENT METHODS
CASH, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple pay and Elite Nails Lounge gift certificate are accepted.
Personal checks are not accepted.
Payments made via E-wallets (
Venmo and
Zelle Cash App) and in CASH will waive $1.75 card payment processing fee.
REFUNDS
Services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you are unhappy and dissatisfied with our services, please concern directly to the Manager or the Owner immediately within 3 days, we will do our best to fix them.
APPOINTMENT
Walk-ins and appointment are accepted at Elite Nails Lounge.
Scheduling an appointment will guarantee the service and priority. However, the actual service times may vary a little bit with your appointment time. We will notice the clients at check-in.

PRICING
The price for each service is the lowest price option. Actual price may vary depending on the client’s requests. Please consult with your technician about price of your request prior to service.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
ELITE NAILS LOUNGE reserves the rights to refuse service to anyone who mistreats our technicians, behaving improperly, intoxicated, jeopardizing the safety of others, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Please be cautious of your own belongings. ELITE NAILS LOUNGE is not responsible for personal items that are lost or stolen at our salon.
